Data deletion
How to remove your Stacked Echo data, in plain English.
What we store about you
If you have a Stacked Echo account: your email, business name, voice profile, generated drafts, posted-post history, performance metrics, weekly reviews, and (if connected) Facebook Page ID + access token.
How to delete it
You have three options:
Disconnect Facebook only
In your dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations and revoke the Facebook connection. We immediately delete your Page tokens and stop pulling metrics.
Revoke from Facebook
At facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites , remove Stacked Echo. Facebook will notify us and we'll null your Page tokens within 24 hours.
Delete your Stacked Echo account entirely
Fastest: open Settings and use “Delete account”, which purges your account, drafts, voice profile and metrics immediately. Or email matthew@stackeddigital.com from your registered address and we will action it within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
What we never store
Card numbers (Stripe handles these directly), Facebook passwords, or any data not strictly required to generate your content.
Programmatic deletion (Meta's flow)
If you removed Stacked Echo via Facebook's Apps and Websites page, Facebook automatically POSTs a signed deauthorization request to our system. We immediately null your stored Page tokens and mark your Facebook connection as disconnected. The full data purge happens via the email request above, this dual path satisfies Meta's requirement and gives you a way to keep your Echo account while disconnecting only Facebook.
