Terms of Service

1. The agreement
By creating an account on Stacked Echo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. The service
Stacked Echo is an AI-assisted content engine. We analyse your existing social media posts, build a structured voice profile, and generate draft content in your voice. You review every draft before posting. You are responsible for what you publish.
3. Funding and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload (your post history) and the content we generate from it. We use your data only to operate the service for you. We do not train shared models on your content. We do not sell your content to third parties.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Stacked Echo to generate spam, harassment, hate speech, defamatory content, content that violates the rights of others, or content that violates any platform's terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach this clause.
6. AI-generated content
The drafts produced are AI-generated suggestions, not finished work. We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or performance. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before publishing. We are not liable for the consequences of any content you choose to publish.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Stacked Echo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, your social platforms), and unforeseen issues may cause downtime.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your data is removed within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
9. Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Stacked Echo is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
